Our Founding Story
Before ClientRamp existed, Bryan Williamson had spent nearly three decades running and advising service-based businesses — most notably as CEO of AirportShuttles.com, a global transportation aggregator serving thousands of providers across 3,000+ airports, and as CTO of HDN (Hotel Distribution Network), a global hotel aggregator operating across 120+ countries. In both roles, the same problem kept appearing: there was no single platform that handled client management, project tracking, invoicing, and payments together. Businesses were stitching together a separate CRM, a billing tool, and an email platform — and paying for all of them.
In 2023, Bryan partnered with Awais Rathore and Mamunur Rashid — two senior software engineers with over 12 years each of SaaS development experience — to build the platform they wished had existed. ClientRamp launched from Cary, North Carolina as an all-in-one alternative purpose-built for the businesses that need it most: freelancers, digital agencies, consultants, and service providers who bill clients for their work.
The result is a platform that combines a full CRM, project tracking with drag-and-drop boards, quote automation, invoice generation, payment collection via Stripe and PayPal, QuickBooks sync, e-signatures, team messaging, and a white-label client portal — all in one dashboard, starting at $0 per month, priced per account rather than per user.
